Privacy
What is stored in your account
- The address and credentials of the IPTV sources you add, encrypted on the server with a key the app never holds.
- Your favourites, hidden channels and categories, watch history, playback positions, preferences and parental settings.
- The devices signed in to your account: a name, the platform, and when each was last seen.
What is not stored
- Video. Every device contacts your provider directly, and no stream passes through this service.
- Your provider's catalogue. Channels, films and guide data live on your devices, not in the account.
- Your parental PIN. Only a hash of it is kept, which cannot be turned back into the PIN.
Who else sees it
Nobody. There is no advertising, no analytics and no third-party crash reporting. Diagnostics stay on the device until you choose to copy a support report, and that report is written with credentials removed.
Your provider sees your viewing
Your devices talk to your IPTV provider directly, so your provider can see what you watch and when, as they always could. That relationship is between you and them.
Deleting your data
Settings → Account → Delete account and data removes everything above from the cloud and from your devices. It cannot be undone. Your sign-in itself may survive, and the app tells you when it has, so you can ask for that to be removed too.
