Delete your account

Cloud IPTV · Android and Android TV

Deleting your account removes it and everything stored in it. It cannot be undone, and it does not need a request to be approved by anybody — you do it yourself, and it happens immediately.

From the app

  1. Open Cloud IPTV on your phone or tablet.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and data and confirm.

Every device signed in to the account is signed out at the same moment, including any television, and their local copies are cleared.

Without the app

If you cannot reach a device that is signed in, write to support@cloudiptv.app from the address the account uses. Nothing else is needed to identify you, and nothing else should be sent — never your IPTV username or password.

What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing of yours is kept. There is no grace period and no archived copy: the records are deleted from the database rather than marked as deleted.

The exception is ordinary server logs, which record that a request happened — a timestamp, a path, a status code — without any account content. Those rotate out within 30 days.

Encrypted database backups are kept for disaster recovery and are overwritten on their own schedule, within 30 days. They are never used to restore an individual account.

Delete only part of your data

You do not have to delete the account to get rid of something in it. Each of these takes effect on the server as well as on the device you are holding, and the change reaches your other devices with the next sync.

Nothing here is kept after it is removed, and none of it is archived. What stays is what the account still holds; everything else is set out under Privacy.

What this does not touch

Your IPTV provider. Cloud IPTV is a player for a subscription you hold with someone else, and deleting this account does not cancel, change or contact that subscription. To end it, speak to your provider.

What is stored in the first place is set out under Privacy.
